Our Competencies clearly define what inspires each member of our team to leave their comfort zone and follow those actionable behaviors that then drive results and contribute to the organization's goals. The company's 360 assessment is a tool used to help create company accountability, help to determine areas of opportunities that can be improved upon, as well as identify which unique talents are being used strategically.

We are a small company of 37 overachievers, proud to represent more than 30,000 producers, 65 packing companies, and 250 importers that make possible the journey of our healthy, fresh and delicious avocados from the small family-owned farms in Michoacan to the U.S. consumers' tables.

Our diverse organization is composed of 10 different nationalities, and we are proud to have a female base of collaborators that represent more than 60% of our workforce.
