Lead Cubewise Machine Learning project to leverage IBM Planning Analytics and IBM WatsonX to enhance MHAIA current sample-based forecast with robust and dynamic predictions.

Create a report analysing the current crop and shipment performance and the latest crop projections from APEAM and MHAIA. Present results at the Board of Directors meetings that occure 3 times a year.

Support Jesus Jasso with his crop projections. Assist updating the contract once a year, and review project travel and miscellaneous expenses. Analyze the results.

Analyze and compare MHAIA and APEAM crop projections, including them in the Board of Director presentation.

Generate a weekly Michoacan and Jalisco crop and shipment report to be distributed to MHIAIA members.

Meet with APEAM statistics and reporting team every 2 weeks to understand the latest situation in the Avocado growing regions and the status of crop projections.

Travel to Mexico to visit crops in Michoacan to better understand the Avocado industry starting at the orchards, allowing to leverage this knowledge in future analysis and gain credibility in the industry.

Set up an interpreter when necessary, and test utilizing Teams live translation solution in some meetings to manage interpreter cost.

Ensure the MHAIA website remains fresh, dynamic and engaging by collaborating with 270B to indentify, prioirtize and implement improvement opportunities.

Team up with Lantern to implement phase 2 upgrades to the MHAIA.com PowerBI dashboard. Solicit feedback from the executive committee to guide further enhancements.

Upload Weekly Crop Reports and Sample-Based Projections to mhaia.org. Coordinate with contractor (Howard Spaeth) to update MHAIA board member photos and new research/project content.

Analyze and compare APEAM and MHAIA sample-baserd projections to actual harvest volumes to evaluate accuracy and identify key differences.

Assess the accuracy of APEAM's Loca Fruit projections at the municipal level.

Compile and present Mexican avocado shipment volume to the US from mutiple sources, incuding USDA, USITC, HAB, Pedimentos and APEAM on a monthly basis.

Update and share USDA Shipping Point Price data with Finance Director on a monthly basis.
